For the purpose of this document, Interactive Media also includes any third party supplier to the company that may process data under contract with the company.

Interactive Media’s legal basis for collecting and processing the personal data described in this Data Protection Policy depends on the specific personal data we collect and the specific context in which we collect the information. 

 

  • The legal basis for collecting and processing contact information is user’s consent, given when user submits the personal data through a website form.
  • The legal basis for collecting and processing Cookies from web browsing is also user’s consent, as user is warned about the use of cookies at the first access.
